The place was excellent and fairly clean. I had a clean and incredible room to stay, it was complete with peanuts as well as a balcony. Having a shower and bath sheets was a bonus. The location was great, on the promenade!

It was a pleasant place. The setting was comfortable, very close to the promenade and the town centre and bus station. Besides, the hotel was not too far from St Paul's Church.
My room was a little chilly.

I stayed for 7 nights here and had a wonderful time. The stuff was affable and exceptionally nice, my every need was addressed. The location was great, for example, St Paul's Church was at a walking distance from the hotel. It took me 5 mins to get to the bus station. Nothing to complain about, I greatly enjoyed the stay and would happily go back again.

We appreciated being there. Location: the hotel was right by the sea front, the town centre, and the promenade. Stopped by The Dining Room to get some coffee and treats, it's right at the venue, recommend.
Our bed was dirty.

No reason to complain, I thoroughly enjoyed this place, do recommend. The hotel was clean with great staff, it met requests. Had a kettle, a work desk, and TV in my double room. The bed was comfortable, and there was a fairly clean bathroom. I found the venue's location convenient and unbeatable, very close to the sea front and the promenade.
